Sylva Leduc, MEd (Psychology), MPEC, BCC

Sylva (or “Syl” as many people call her) has been a change agent in the lives of thousands of people. For the past twenty years she has been an executive coach, consultant, trainer and workshop facilitator for leaders in small businesses, non-profits, and all types of large organizations, including Fortune 10 companies. She’s also on the faculty of the College of Executive Coaching.
 
Sylva was also the co-founder of Client Compass software. Her company was bought out by John Wiley and Sons, the book publishing house, in 2005 and she happily returned fulltime to her coaching business, SAGE Leaders
 
Sylva has also been the recipient of the ICF’s Prism Award - twice. The first time she and one of her clients received the award was in 2006 when she still lived in Seattle. And the second time was in 2012. That’s when Syl and another of her clients, Leading Age Arizona, received the Prism Award from the Phoenix Chapter. 
 
This year Sylva is the President of the Phoenix Chapter of the ICF.
