About Angela Crocker
Angela Crocker works as a social media trainer, content consultant, author and speaker. Angela has worked in marketing, communications and fundraising roles for organizations such as the Association of Book Publishers of British Columbia, The Book Company, Whitecap Books, the Canadian Children’s Book Centre, the Playhouse Theatre Company and the Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival. Always happy with a new high tech gadget, Angela was an early adopter for many technologies including UNIX-based ELM email in 1993 and the PalmPilot while still owned by US Robotics. Today, she is a daily user of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and many other social media sites in addition to the now common email and web browsing.
