“Soul-hearted Partners are comets weaving their energies in alignment of purpose, love and intimacy.”  Debra Reble Soul-Hearted Partnership: The Ultimate Experience of Love, Passion and Intimacy       My vision of soul-hearted partnership, which involves first having a fully realized relationship with oneself and then cocreating a soul-connected relationship with another, has evolved over thirty-four years of being a teacher, psychologist, relationship counselor, and spiritual guide. I wanted to present a spiritual template for creating this spiritual partnership with ourselves and a beloved.

The spiritual principles and practices presented in SHP, underlie those I teach my clients and incorporate into my everyday life.  Other than health and finances, relationships are one of the key areas in our lives where we struggle and find ourselves most vulnerable. Most of all, they provide us with opportunities for self-realization and personal transformation and assist us in spiritually progressing beyond what we could ever achieve alone.       The artist Alex Grey suggests that “when two forces unite in love, a third power, a spiritual bridge, opens up to divine wisdom and guidance.” He calls this power, “the Third Force, a potency that shifts a relationship into a transformative path.” In SHP, I refer to this energetic integration of two fully expressed beings, connected heart to heart and soul to soul as “soul-hearted.” By being the conduit for this energy source, such a relationship becomes a force greater than the sum of its partners. This model of relationship is the ultimate expression of soul and heart.
