Leading by serving, asking and being accountable

We discuss real life issues that affect all people. Today, we discuss the importance of having a plan for your home or any area you are leading. The best leaders understand their responsibility is to serve others. We will share the true need for leadership. Huntley Cuttrell will share his life experience on leading by asking. This method of leading is what Jesus shares in scripture. #3- Leading with accountability. No great leader is a lone ranger but must understand their role to have someone they are accountable to in their actions.
