Leadership- Understanding Roles, Process and Procedures

On Leadership Wednesday, we will discuss the importance of knowing your role. Whether the role is being a husband, father, owner, politician, wife, teacher or administrator all benefit when we know and operate in our specific role. Seg # 2 Importance of Process. The natural development of an individual or organization has more to do with process than anything. How we allow for growth in our homes, community and business will be reflected in the growth of those under your leadership. Seg # 3 Importance of Procedures. The policies implemented for the good of the team are critical to operating a successful organization. We list steps in implementing these procedures and the rewards or punishments associated with obedience or disobedience.
