Come Let Us Reason Together

Although discussing the economy seems a bit like beating a dead horse, we're going to do it anyway!  As we are being told the recession ended over two years ago, we are also being told things will not get better without our government incurring more debt.  I'm also going to dabble just a bit in the political angle of this information and take a good look at just who stands to gain by more debt and if we the people will actually be benefited.  If the federal reserve plans to do nothing with the interest rates for two more years, what is the incentive to invest?  I suggest we really put on our thinking caps and see what we can actually contribute to our society as well as our own provision.  We need to reclaim the entrepreneurial spirit that has always caused societies to move forward. Rather than thinking we are going to dig our way out of this hole of debt, let's consider some ways to climb out of this hole.
