Thursday is the night we discuss prophecy.  Last night we discussed the economy, but I do have to include a newly discovered fact that the US is loaning dollars to other countries that are considered a debt risk.  What will that do to our weak economy?  I believe we are watching much unfold that we are probably not even considering to be of major importance.  We'll leave that for now and move on toward a couple of other items in the headlines.  One of those topics, we discussed last night in the show regarding our economy and employment.  Whether it's upon government or big business, we, as a society, are already very dependent.   Any new rules by either of these providers could cause us to do some real soul searching or possible soul selling.  Another topic in the news today is the big restaurant chain that is getting a lot of publicity for doing very little, but they are claiming to be coming on board with the First Lady and her diet plan for America's children.  To be honest, this headline caused me to research the definition of fascism.   We already know from Scripture, there will be a great dependency upon government, for most of the world, as well as some entity having the power over buying and selling, and for most of us, food for our children is in that category.  Considering the fact that this repression has resulted in over 42M people receive food stamps, with restaurants trying to get a piece of that pie, we are looking at true dependency for a large number of people.  This doesn't even address the rest of the world that is either living upon our donations or having their own recession and weather issues.  We are living prophecy.  I've only scratched the surface of two issues in the news.   We know there are many more.
