NAFHAC is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide competency, consistency, and community in the world of 203k consulting.

The National Association of Federal Housing Authority Consultants is a non-profit organization dedicated to 203k Home Renovation Consultants. Real estate agents, lenders, and homebuyers look to NAFHAC members for their home renovation needs. Our consultants have all successfully passed NAFHAC’s Consultant Examination, taken a Standards of Practice quiz, completed a Code of Ethics course, adhere to Standards of Practice, abide by a Code of Ethics, attend required continuing education courses, and are NAFHAC certified.
