The Meeting of Heaven and Earth - free Heart Meditation

We are in an extraordinary window of time, in which the larger energy of the cosmos is encouraging us (through multiple, complex yet inherently natural factors) to bring our body and our spirit together in our heart center.  

We see the evidence of this as we respond to world events with horror at an increasing awareness level.  We see the increase of efforts to stop the patriarchal domination of earth's resources through corporations that rape and pillage.  And we see an increase in the mainstream of higher knowing...more and more people can feel the awakening occurring and want to know more.

We have heard a lot of "pop" spirituality over the last couple of decades; while this has been helpful to raise awareness of the masses, it isn't the final destination.  Intellectual understanding is only ONE level of awareness. There is much more.  We must ground higher spiritual knowing by experiencing it through our bodies emotionally and physically.   Thinking alone will not change our lives for the greater good.
