Activating Compassion In The Midnight Hour - Connecting With Animals

Jesse takes a look at the spiritual connections that we share with animals.  This week I will look at the different aspects that animals play in our life, literally and symbolically.  We will look at how our interactions and communications with them are an important part of our spiritual development.  How do the seasons, holidays, and other cycles and seasons play into what they need and what we need and the role that plays in our life; a bear in winter is different than a bear in Summer.  We will also be doing an exercise to open us to working with animal energy.
