Jesse interviews Dr. Robert Obol - who completed his training for the Catholic priesthood in his home country of Uganda and was ordained a priest on August 18, 2001. After his ordination to the priesthood, he was immediately assigned to work in Pajule parish. Of the three years he served in the parish, he experienced only five months of peace. The Life and Lessons from a Warzone is a memoir that has taken Dr. Obol three years to write. In it, he discusses the events that occurred almost on a daily basis during the time of unrest in Pajule and northern Uganda in general. And above all, he shares the enduring lessons that he has learned about life and himself from working in such an environment.
