Our guest today is Michael Beldon, Chairman of Beldon Roofing in San Antonio, a third generation business, founded in 1946 by his parents and run today by Michael and his son Brad. Beldon is one of the nation’s largest and most successful residential and commercial roofing services; they also sell LeafGuard gutters in 20 markets in the US and Canada. Michael chairs the Alamo Colleges Foundation Board and is vice-chair of the South Texas Blood & Tissue Board. He loves the strategy side of business and is continually looking for new and better approaches to growing his business.
