Where's The Kaboom?

We were promised an earth-shattering Kaboom by Timmy Geithner if he didn't get his deal by Monday.

Well, where is it?  Hmmm.... I wonder if that "tanks in the streets" threat was as good as Hanky Paulson's, which of course Congress got conned by.
