Merikay H. Tillman, M.S. is the owner & CEO of COACH MKay Companies based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her mission is to act as a catalyst to help individuals and organizations create positive change to reach new heights in professional and personal performance. Ms.Tillman received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her master’s degree from NC A&T State University in Human Resource Counseling and is a current member of the National Speakers Association.
