November's Guest: Julie Crayne, the "English Lady"

Julie Crayne, born in the UK in Essex, has travelled extensively around the world. She is a former Nurse. She had her own business in the North East of England, training in Health and Safety and Health Care subjects. She was a visiting lecturer at Longlands College. And she has taught English in China.

She now lives in NC and has her own business Teaching and Speaking about Great Customer Service Practices; How to succeed in Business; Business Etiquette (from an English perspective); and also offers Social Media services to companies.

Her motto is “Good Customer Service is all about Passion, Loving what you do and Caring about the people around you!”
