Episode 28 Mon-December 3, 2012 8:30pm EST
This week's episode we give you one more small helping, let's call it a final side dish for the 2012 World's Toughest Mudder. I got a chance to speak with Bryce Wilk, a great competitor and a humble man. At lap 6 of WTM, he was one hour AHEAD of Jungyong Pak. Listen in to hear how his strategy ultimately failed and what he learned.
I also got a chance to talk to Todd Sedlak. The man who can't say no to a challenge. Even weeks after breaking an ankle, he was the only participant to run at the Spartan Fenway Park event and complete one lap at World's Toughest Mudder. This gives us a great chance to segueway from WTM to Fenway. Having a successful event in an enclosed environment like a stadium or dome is a game changer for obstacle racing. You'll her Todd's thoughts on that and a few other things.
Then Shaun Provost is going to call in to talk about her Fenway experience. She was the first place female finisher that weekend. She is also a recent age group top finisher in several other events and one of the few and proud Ultra Beast finishers.
