This time, I am charged with violation of a temporary peace order which dictates I may not threaten with violence, harass, communicate with or attempt to contact and harass, go to the residence of or go to the workplace of Mr. William John Joseph Hoge.  The Peace Order says NOTHING about posting an unidentified picture of an individual and asking folks to write their own caption. At some point, a reasonable person has to realize that the courts do not exist to be used as a bludgeon to smear a person's reputation. This will be a costly lesson, taught at a very dear price.
