He has also served in several roles around the world doing international policing including: Senior Police Advisor, Deputy Commissioner and Commander. He has served as Head Weapons Inspector in Palestine, Kosovo, Herzegovina for The United Nations.

Chief Grady received his Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from Walden University and he is The Author of   "The Injustice of Justice" a book that gives clear guidance on the history of policing in america and the correct application of it in a Democratic Society.
