FLOW Movement Creator Chelsey Jersak!

Born and raised on the Canadian prairies, during her early years Chelsey dabbled in all sorts of dance and movement modalities-from gymnastics to martical arts, modern and latin dance to acro-yoga and contact improvisation-until finally falling for the most intriguing dance of all, Brazillian Zouk.

Chelsey believes dance is a moving meditation, and she likes to explore partner dance as a vehicle for fun, friendship and personal growth.  Since 2015 Chelsey has actively taught and organized dance events, classes and workshops in Edmonton and other prairie communities under the umbrella of Ludic Zouk.  

In 2017 Chelsey created FLOW Movement Experience, a two day celebration of movement and connection featuring an eclectic array of workshops including Brazillian Zouk, acro-yoga, partner massage, contract improvisation, laughter yoga and more!
