The MMEh Show Revisited Featuring Lauren Murphy and Sam Alvey

The very first ever Live edition of The MMeh Show Revisted will feature 2 former guests who recently made their official UFC debut. Since we last had her on the MMA world realized how awesome Lauren Murphy is after she got booked to fight Sara McMann at the UFC on Fox event in Bangor, Maine. We will catch up with lauren and talk about how all this came to be as well as discuss her fight.

Also joining me is Sam Alvey, Sam who dominated on the regional circuit got the call to fight on that same card as Lauren making his official UFC debut after a run on TUF. We will talk to sam about the fight and what this means for The MFC.
