SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, Paula Ciardullo and Angela Borths will lead the discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America in a series of bi-weekly shows dealing with the subject. Tonight's special guest will be Zabeth Bayne, a Canadian whose story was a high-profile, precedent setting case that was covered by the media. Zabeth will be presenting a brief summary of what happened with her family. She will be focusing on the topic of medically diagnosed abuse and the assumption of guilt that stems out from this misdiagnosis. We will also be having a U.S. expert on the show, Joan T. Kloth-Zanard from Connecticut, who will reappear on "For The Kids" from time to time. Joan is a certified recovery support specialist who has been running support groups for survivors of psychological abuse since 1998. She recently authored a book called ‘Where did I go wrong? How did I miss the signs? Dealing with Hostile Parenting and Parental Alienation.' There is much more that unites us all in these issues than divides us in the US and Canada.
