Tonight's special guest is Susan Sengezer from Costa Mesa, an Emergency Room RN at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, an ordained Christian minister and Ms California Ambassador FoRe! Domestic Violence with Safe Passage as her charity of choice. She's also an accomplished author of three books, "I'll Meet You at Winston and Wall Street Journals: Ministering to the Homeless on the Streets of Los Angeles," "The Anointing of Mercy from the Heart of a Parish Nurse: Providing a Guide to Minister in the Hospital setting," and "Journey To My Fathers Palace." Susan explains, "I would describe myself as an "I can do all things kind of person" learning this biblical principle in my late teens." She continues, "I overcame Domestic Violence with odds against me a marriage at age 16 to an abusive man. I put myself through College with 5 children at age 30 and became an Registered Nurse in the Emergency room." Susan has served on the board of the Charity Safe Passage for over 3 years and has been their full time sponsor everywhere she goes. She looks forward to her role as Ms United States Ambassador FoRe! Domestic Violence and hopes she can do a great deal of good with the voice God gave her. "I wanted to give back and became a certified advocate for domestic violence in 1997. Today standing strong I have accomplished my past goals of writing my story and donating it to domestic violence."
