Tonight's special guest is Eric Evers from Bellflower, California, who said, "As a Retired Naval Officer, I took an oath (which has no expiration date, especially since I will be on the Retired List but subject to recall to Active Duty, for life) to Support and Defend the Constitution (including the Bill Of Rights) against all enemies, foreign and domestic." He notes this because he's been fighting as an alienated parent for a relationship with his son. "After my long experience with them," he says, "I consider DCFS and their dedicated, rubber-stamp Kangaroo Court to be domestic enemies of our Constitution." He explains, "I finally lost Custody to DCFS (and the boy's mother, who is a Divorce Attorney." Eric points out that DCFS denied his formal written motion demanding a Trial By Jury. Instead, the Technocrat Judge (political appointee, not elected) made the Removal Order on his own. "Trial By Jury of One's Peers is a Constitutional Right by CA Statute (CCP 592) when an Injury is claimed, and by the CA Constitution, and by the US Constitution (7th Amendment, when Fundamental Liberty Interests are in jeopardy)." He concludes, "I also worked with RaiseOurRights to attempt to get these same Due Process Rights (jury trials) via Legislation and Activism, as well as via creating new Judicial precedent via winning my Appeals." He notes, "I fought them until I was out of ammo; for myself, my Alienated Children (at their mother's and the bureaucracy's hands), for other parents and families, and for the act and obligation of defending the Constitution and the liberties it is supposed to provide all Americans."
