Here is a snap spot of the foreclosure prevention options that are available to you if you are in fact behind or delinquent on your mortgage payments. Each individual’s situation is different and one foreclosure precention option may or may not meet your needs or help you in the end. Selling isn’t always the only option. In fact, for many sellers, it’s the last option, which I understand and can appreciate.
