Sexual Energy....What to do with it.

Sexual energy...if we are not in a relationship or are in a relationship that is not sexually satisfying, we still have the desires but often do not know what to do with that energy and it can be frustrating. This frustrating spills over and can adversely affects our daily life. Today we talk about using that energy for creative purposes to enhance the other parts of our life including our sex life.
