Mr. RONALD A. EDWARDS was my friend, mentor, and local Grandpa to my two boys. I don't want to die like Mr. Edwards died. He helped so many people but - but that's what he did. NOBODY ever gave him any awards or even wanted to acknowledge his work (he didn't care nor want that). For 10-years, I spoke with him everyday, today I am broken, angry, and hopeful that one day, BLACK Minnesotans will stand as one to battle the injustices of a state driven by continued Jim Crow laws, exclusion, and those in our community that have pimped our poverty all the way to the bank. Today, Mr. Edwards is gone - now, your ass is mine. Rest in peace.
For this special episode, his brother, Mr. Kim Edwards talks about the historian and legend, Mr. Ronald A. Edwards - phone lines will be open at (347) 426-3904.
Rest in Peace - the show will go on. Thank you Mr. Edwards.
