Join host Alice Backer of  kiskeacity.com as she welcomes Digicel Chairman Maarten Boute and last week's guest Giles Colbert Charleston of AHP to debate Digicel's impact in Haiti today.

We'll discuss Digicel and the Haitian telecom market, specifically issues of competition, VoIP, quality of service and various grievances about Digicel increasingly expressed by Haitians.

As background, Giles Colbert Charleston has agreed to come back to the show to explain in person what he meant when he said last week that Digicel is acting increasingly as a monopolistic actor in Haiti. This show was spurred by Maarten Boute reaching out to Alice directly to take exception to this statement and asking for a chance to respond.
