First it was free basing and then when the poor started taking it became crack. Then it was prostitution but now it Human Trafficking. What's the difference. First it was Bureau of children warfare, then Special Services for Children, then Child Welfare Aministratration now it Administration for Children services. Has anyone notice different names but same growing problems and worst. HUMAN TRAFFICKING is growing more than statistics could document and prove. More children than adults being exploited.
