Author and motivational speaker, Maya Tyler discovered after the tragic death of her husband how-with the right tools- anyone can rebound from debilitating grief, depression, and anxiety. Using self organization tactics and a lot of creativity Maya managed to to "bounce back" and against all odds, reinvented herself herself in the face of great adversity. From her experiences and eventual triumph came her first book, "Bounce Back Better: How to Win After Great Loss".

While typical inspirational books apply parables, religion and sympathy to comfort, Maya takes a tactical approach; using an innovative blend of self organization and positive logic. She creates a practical, relatable, how-to guide to help her readers navigate the real issues of loss, and rather than stating the obvious "you can do it", she opts for giving her readers the how to do it.

Before creating what readers are calling the "perfect toolkit for Bouncing Back", Maya was an aspiring children's book writer, mom-blogger and Op Ed author, churning out small freelance jobs while she worked full time as a cybersecurity engineer.  Maya has won awards and been published in compilation books for her poetry and short stories.

The Bounce Back Better book has been praised as "raw, down to earth, and refreshingly different", earning stellar reviews as "the perfect, practical gift for the grieving"  and the "best book you can give to support someone going through a tough loss".  Bounce Back Better can be purchased on her website, www.thebouncebackproject.com,  Amazon.com, and is now available for order in bookstores, academic libraries and online.
