Author and motivational speaker, Maya Tyler discovered after the tragic death of her husband how-with the right tools- anyone can rebound from debilitating grief, depression, and anxiety. Using self organization tactics and a lot of creativity Maya managed to to "bounce back" and against all odds, reinvented herself herself in the face of great adversity.
