VICTORIA is a fearless advocate and facilitator of real, honest and productive collaboration.  Victoria is a coach, personal advisor and captivating trainer. Her approach is a combination of old-school psychological and sociological fundamentals with a progressive, modern and authentic view of our world today. As an avid student of human development, she understands how people grow and develop - intellectually, interpersonally, emotionally, ethically, physically and spiritually.  With an integrated approach, she challenges and supports people to step up and flourish in multi-dimensional ways.

change & CONFLICT background

Victoria brings direct experience, knowledge and the foundations together to facilitate changes in organizations, teams and individuals. Victoria believes that change only comes when we find the courage to make changes within ourselves first.

While an undergraduate at Texas A&M University, she held a graduate assistantship position where she researched sources of organizational conflict and co-created processes necessary for effective resolution.

As an intern under Metatropia’s Managing Director, Dr. Michael McElhenie, Victoria was trained and certified by ASSESS Systems on how to identify crucial competencies and other vital skill-sets for personal development, career transition and conflict resolution.

Victoria has listened to the personal aspirations, wants and needs of a wide diversity of people and groups. She understands organizational and social dynamics, and when combined with her skills in human development and conflict resolution - Victoria is a genuine tour de force for positive and productive personal change.
