Host Karl de la Guerra is joined by special guest Ms. Iliana Fernandez from Mexico City, Mexico. Iliana has worked in the protective services industry for the past 13 years and is now serving as an executive protection program manager in Mexico City. In addition, Iliana is the first female graduate of the International Bodyguard & Security Services Association's Executive Protection Course instructed by our IBSSA Mexico contingent in 2017. Iliana will share her firsthand experience in working in this high-stress environment and discuss where she sees her country going in regard to protective services.
