After 10 years as a corporate executive in Organizational Development, Amber Aziza founded The Aziza Group to close the gap between Millennials (born between 1981-2001) and the corporate world. The Aziza Group was dedicated to Gen Y success and helping Millennials and Corporate America co-exist. As an award winning Workplace Learning Professional, Amber developed a strong background in Training and Employee Engagement with an emphasis in Millennials. She acquired the knowledge base necessary to build first class training departments, creating a company culture that promotes excitement, and develop solutions that address strategic and tactical business needs, while also engaging multi-generational audiences. 

The Aziza Group found much success in consulting corporations, both large and small, on strategies to transform their company culture to be more conducive to a multi-generational workforce, while assisting Millennials in accelerating their new careers. In 2015, The Aziza Group was acquired by a private Corporate Engagement firm, giving Amber the opportunity to sell her business before turning 30.
