Mingtong Gu is an internationally recognized teacher and healer who received his training from many Grandmasters in China and at the world's largest Qigong hospital. This "medicine-less" hospital, Zhineng Qigong Center, has treated over 200,000 patients with over 185 different illnesses and has a 95% success rate. While receiving an MA in Math and Fine Arts in the US, Mingtong Gu has began to study Tai Chi, Yoga and Buddhist Meditation. As the founder of the International Chi Healing Center and Wisdom Healing Foundation, Mingtong Gu has taught Qigong healing to thousands in the USA, China and Europe. His teaching emphasizes activating the power of inner self-healing and facilitating health and well-being. His work synthesizes many forms of traditional Qigong, Eastern and Western medicine and is a concentrated and powerful system of healing on all levels of being. Mingtong Gu has trained and helped thousands of students through the Wisdom Healing Qigong™ program. His teaching and healing energy have attracted hundreds to his weekend workshops and weekly classes, including programs at the Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Mingtong Gu has created a 10 day intensive healing retreat applicable for advanced stages of illness modeled after a similar program in the “medicine-less” Qigong hospital in China. His personal healing journey, along with his joyful loving nature, depth, and healing gifts have inspired many in the health care and spiritual community. Deep awakening and transformation typically arise in this process of healing. Wisdom Healing Qigong integrates many forms of traditional Qigong with Eastern and Western medicine. It is a concentrated and powerful system engaging all levels of physical, mental and emotional healing.
