She is a chosen, anointed, and spirit-filled vessel for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She is a prolific and powerful preacher, conference speaker, revivalist, retreat organizer and workshop facilitator. Dr. Val is the President and Founder of the Daughters of the Way Mission Outreach Ministry, Inc. She earned her Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Divinity degrees from Howard University School of Divinity.
