Baltimore Riots: Are we in for a long, hot summer?

The worst urban riots in a generation took place in Baltimore yesterday, as hundreds of people looted, burned, anad pillaged like starving Visigoths. The question of why has no rational answer, despite some who try to "explain" it or even excuse it.

Summer is approaching and with the likelihood that some other poor unfortunate criminal will die at the hands of police, can we expect similar events in other big cities across the country? We'll talk about this possibility and other issues associated with the riots with Hot Air's Jazz Shaw.
