John spent 25 years studying what makes people happy because he wanted to be happier.  After losing his mother and his daughter 7 months apart, followed by a divorce, that John began to apply his knowledge to help himself. 

John’s daughter Abby was born with Trisomy 18 and lived for only 42 hours.  The emotions that surrounded her life have completely changed John’s life.  When John finally picked himself up and got moving again he dedicated his life and his work to helping others who are stuck.  He redefined his daughter’s role in his life.  She is now the inspiration for his work.
