One Danger of Going Paperless in Real Estate

What sticks better? Something you read online or something you read on actual paper?  What's better for the envoirnment?  That can be argued because of the enviornmental concerns with throwing away computers and their components. However, the mass production of paper and saving trees is getting priority.

Plus, It's Cheaper. You send something electronically - the cost is almost zero. You print out 1.5" of paper on a printer and you are about $45 bucks, depending one the quality of the paper, printing and colors used.
