2015.107 Santa Clarita Price reductions on homes

 Good everybody welcome to show number 2015.107. I am Connor MacIvor with Remax a Valencia Remax of Santa Clarita. Today were going to be covering the Santa Clarita Valley real estate markets and looking at the inventory as it is occurred over the past seven days in our local market. We have 117 new listings of just hit the market for sale during the past seven days.  We have 60 properties that have experience price changes, and we will get into those just a moment in more detail. 79 properties have come back on the market after falling out of escrow. 10 properties have expired during the last seven days in the Santa Clarita Valley, not selling during contractual time frames.  We are 54 properties that interest the pending status of escrow.
