An initial concept to form a business began in 1995 at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri when Christopher M. Williams was an undergraduate student. While serving as a volunteer on the Homecoming and Spring Feast committees, an opportunity to network with well-known booking and management agencies to recruit professional athletes, musicians, and singers became a rewarding experience.
