This episode was inspired by a recent interview I watched with Oprah at Standford Graduate School of Business. And she was talking about the importance of aligning your purpose with your personality. It thought that was really powerful as it took me years in corporate America to figure out how important personality is to your work and your purpose.

I wanted to make this episode a bit personal and chat about the entrepreneurial side of Shakespeare in Detroit. Let's face it, there is a personal side to entrepreneurship because -- in most cases -- the business is your dream.

You have to set boundaries, build and develop relationships and earn trust and figure out who you can give your trust to as you execute your mission.

So how do you figure out how to align your personality with your dreams and work, and get others onboard to support that dream so that you can impact your community and the world? I'm still figuring it out, but let's talk about it.

I hope you'll tune in at 6 p.m.
