What's on the show?

Today I talked to Windy about RECBT, his speciality. We also discussed CBT and other therapies and mindfulness. It was interesting to hear some criticisms of mindfulness from Windy, but also what he likes about the approach. We finished up with 3 top tips for increasing wellbeing and resilience.

His website is http://www.windydryden.com/
And you can find out about his meetup by going onto meetup.com and search for London CBT.

I hope you enjoy the show, and let me know who you'd like to hear next!
