A conversation with a professional bicyclist & more

We will have our first guest and long time friend Laura Van Gilder or as race announcers frequently call her name out as  LVG, on SSUSA tonight Monday November 12th.  Laura and my wife have been friends for a long time and rode bikes together back when Laura was getting started with her professional bike racing career.  

Now we might be able to keep up with her for a block if we were second wheel and going down a big hill. When we moved from northeast Pennsylvania it was great to see that Laura and her team were going to be racing in America's Dairyland race series right in our back yard.  She and her team have won that 10 or 11 stage event for the last two years hands down.

Tonight we will share a conversation about her journey through racing, her suggestions to new racers and what type of gear she prefers to use on a daily basis. She packs a lot of energy in a little body with a big heart and motivated us to be more committed to riding and taking teh jump to new road bikes and over 2500 miles in the saddle over the last two years.

We are also working to have another guest on through one of the outdoor reps who has stepped up to help us with contacts in the outdoor industry and speak to some of their equipment ambassadors who play outside all day long.
