This month's guest is Dr.Vignesh Devraj, BAMS, MD (Ayu), from Kerala, India. Dr.Devraj speaks internationally on the benefits of Ayurveda and how it can help people in today's world. Dr. Devraj comes from a long line of prominent Ayurvedic physicians stemming from a royal lineage. He is the creator of the Sitram Beach Retreat, Natika Beach, Kerala, India where people come to detox and heal. In this interview he will be discussing Ayurveda and how it works as well as his background and what he and his family offer in India for people from around the world. He lectures regularly in the U.S., Turkey, Russia, Germany and other countries.
