Navy Capt. James Rice, commander of the Medical Treatment Facility aboard the Military Sealift Command ship USNS Mercy, will speak to us live about this important work from aboard Mercy. Mercy is currently on a mission in East Timor. The hospital ship carries American goodwill and medicine to remote areas and disaster sites where both are sorely needed.
