Tonight's show features Mr.Daryl Madison. Mr. Daryl Madison, an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Lifestyle Fitness- an in-home personal training company. Daryl has combined his near decade-long career in personal training and numerous certifications dealing with exercise to create Chair-A-Cise: an original Chair Exercise Fitness Program customizable to all fitness levels.

Chair-A-is an exercise program for everybody. It is a program safe for seniors, fun for kids, yet challenging for middle aged to younger adults. That is because with Chair-A-Cise, everyone can work at their own pace. It is an exercise DVD that the entire family can do together and improve their health and fitness

Certified by the American Heart Association in CPR and Heartsaver First-Aid, with experience at several national health and wellness centers; including, Gold's Gym, LA Fitness, and Dekalb Wellness Center, Daryl Madison has dedicated his fitness career to spreading the message about exercise as preventative medicine for all ages. Daryl's fitness expertise has been featured in several Atlanta Journal Constitution and DeKalb News Sun articles; he also appeared on an episode of CW Network's Ultimate Makeover. He continues to offer fitness leadership by speaking and teaching at community health expositions and Atlanta area school fitness demonstrations.
