This week we speak with Antonio Ruiz, Project Manager for Create Long Beach, a ten-year Cultural Plan Framework for the City. The completed document will be an important planning tool for the Arts Council for Long Beach, the City of Long Beach, arts organizations, educational institutions, business and all who believe the arts are an important facet of city living.
