Bersin by Delloite research shows that organizations are struggling to create a global leadership pipeline, train leaders locally, develop strategic mobility programs, and deepen core technical skills across industries. In fact, a greater skills imbalance will further exacerbate what businesses need and waht they can find in the labor market.
