#TChat Radio is all new and live Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at 6:30 pm ET (3:30 pm PT). Remember, the #TChat Twitter chat will follow from 7-8 pm ET.

Last week we talked about the ingenious super heroes within all of us -- complete with Star Wars, Brady Bunch and MacGyver references.

This week we're going to try and bridge the elusive gap between ingenuity, intrinsic motivation, employee engagement, workplace software adoption and the disruptive technologies of today that supposedly enable all of the above.

According to this week's guest, disruptive workplace technologies are not new, but the impact they can have in business (and do) is something that enterprises can no longer ignore. This includes social collaboration, social learning, video technologies, gamification, 3D printing and so much more -- but the keys are the adoption and business outcomes.

Join #TChat co-creators and hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we welcome our special guest: Jim Lundy, CEO and Lead Analyst at Aragon Research Inc., a leading technology research firm.

This will be another important show for us all, so let's fuse world of work disruption and adoption. In a good way.
