Jim Forystek will join us for his second appearance on the show....
Jim Forystek is the creator of the Flexercise workout programs and author of the Powerflex system. Jim is a fitness expert who has been a part of five championship football teams, and who has trained athletes to achieve championship success in soccer, volleyball, track, body building, tennis, and other sports. He also shows non-athletes from youths to seniors how to get and stay fit so they can enjoy the life God gave them. Jim is a popular inspirational and motivational speaker in demand at churches, universities, retreats, and business meetings. He has been a frequent guest on the Christian Broadcasting Network, as well as on such radio programs as the Health, Wealth and Happiness Show, the Big Wild Radio show, the Chad Simmons Show, and the Rocky Nash Show. Jim has also been featured in such fitness and physical culture magazines as Muscular Development, EMO, and Muscle Mag International.
