Significant emotional events from the past can have a great impact on how we live our lives today and how we relate to others. Our unwanted behaviors and actions can be a result of buried and unresolved negative emotions, similar situations that serve as triggers, and so much more. In this session, we will discuss what is PTSD and childhood trauma, the relationship between the two and how they can carry on into adulthood and relationships. We will also identify key techniques that can help heal the past so that one can live more in the present and really expand his or her vision for the future.
